Biography
Kinda Khalaf received her B.S. (Summa Cum Laude with Distinction) and M.S. (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University. Her Ph.D., also from OSU, is in Biomechanics/Computational Biomechanics. She has held several prestigious international academic appointments and currently serves as the associate chair of Biomedical Engineering at Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi. Dr. Khalaf is on the list of International Who’s Who of Professionals. She has multiple awards and honors reflecting academic and leadership excellence. Her research in the areas of Orthopedic and Computational Biomechanics is reflected in numerous journal and book chapter publications, lectures and conference proceedings.
